The message you are getting from Road Runner has nothing to do with your computer, but with the storage 70-620 space at Road Runner.

Mail you receive waits on your ISP 646-204 server until you download it.  Email programs are usually configured to leave the mail on the server after it 70-647 downloads it to your computer.  This lets you view the mail on another computer, when you are on vacation, for example.
