Q: Jeff asks, upgraded iMac, has fewer icons after upgrading.

A: check icon size and spacing in the View menu, View Options command

Q: George asks, windows move when opening some applications.

A: all applications should remember where when they were. there is no setting for it.  May need to delete a preference(s) file?

Q: bought a new computer, wants to use two printers on an Airport Express.

A: Airport Express can only use one USB printer.
A network printer is connected directly to the network, and each computer can accidentally share the network printer, so the printer is shared twice (or more). Make sure the computers are not sharing the printer.
