Frontier has a special offer for DSL for $19.99/month. They say it's a "price point" and you can sign up for 1, 2 or 3 years to lock the price. They claim they usually charge $134 for installation but will drop the fee to just $34. They also have a modem rental fee of $4/month.
I don't understand the installation fee when all they need to do is hook up the modem. I can do that. I can also install software if necessary.
Locked "price point" seems to be a contract with penalties for early termination.
Anybody familar with Frontier service? Anybody signed up  with them through thi promotion.
